“Bonifacio Fine Catering” is a Silicon Valley startup merging high-end cuisine, local organic ingredients, Italian design and Californian entrepreneurship. Our cuisine uses the finest organic ingredients and delivers a “story” capable of stimulating memory, involvement, feelings and emotions. Bonifacio is a creative catering project of cultural and territorial identity that supports the culture of food, the pleasure of meeting and the feeling of enjoyment. It is characterized by the versatility of proposals, different approaches and transversality of the involved sectors, interpreting the local identity always in a different way, creating ad hoc events for every circumstance delivering an everlasting sensorial experience.
I am an architect specialized in organizing small and large events with the focus. At the base of my work there is a taste for aesthetics and for the pleasure of the senses. Each event is an all-encompassing experience that involves the choice of location and set-up with a great food and wine offer and designed specifically for every need. My specificity consists in organizing events that directly or indirectly express the link with my homeland, Italy. The choice in the settings is inspired by the magic and warmth of the Mediterranean, while the catering offer draws from a selection of local products of superior quality and strictly organic prepared in total respect of local traditions.
